i found the reception staff really lovely. they fulfilled my request for a quiet room perfectly. the room felt so quiet and the beds felt comfortable. this was exactly what i needed from a quick motorway services hotel.
the shower water was scalding and i couldn't regulate it.

the receptionist was friendly and helpful. the room was clean. my dog had plenty of space for its soft crate. i will book again next year because the hotel is near the showground.
the cot provided did not adhere to safe sleep guidelines at first.

The shower needed improvement. The kettle was gross, stained inside and out. I also noticed that there wasn't enough hot water in the evenings, so showers were quick and not very hot. This was a letdown after a long day.
